Now that i've started to concentrate on what my stamp will have on it image wise, i've decided to introduce jellyfish as the number of jellyfish will increase as the fish numbers decrease. This being because there will be alot more algae in the ocean for them to survive on.
I will combine the jellyfish with others objects known to be at the bottom of the ocean e,g, an anchor, coral etc

http://whatthecool.com/tag/paper

A pretty awesome website, has a bit of everything within Design.

These are the start of my own stencil designs. I've never used this technique before so i started with a simple anchor shape.
It has been really effective and quick to do, so i will continue to make a variety of stencil designs and make them slightly more detailed.

My next project is to design a minimum of 4 stamps to help raise awareness of 'over fishing' ( End Of The Line). I've chosen to focus on embossing for this particular project to give myself a chance to learn a new skill to bring into future projects.
These are just a few samples i've tried out, to find which material will work the best.
When scanned i definitely think the brown paper worked the best but will go on and try more glossy paper and maybe something with more texture.
